We recently had an American Standard furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Absolute Comfort. We were very pleased with the professionalism that was displayed by all the persons involved with the installation. From the first meeting when we met with one of the owners to discuss an estimate we felt assured this was the best company to do the job. In about an hour meeting he explained our options and educated us on what would work best for us. After comparing Absolute with 2 other major heating and air conditioning companies, we decided to go with Absolute Comfort. The installation was done by their professional and courteous staff. No short cuts were taken and safety was of the upmost importance which was reassuring since we were dealing with a gas furnace which resides in our basement. They completed the job when they said and cleaned up when they were done. Since the installation of our American Standard furnace our heating bills have been reduced in ½ some months and even more in others. From the "no pressure" sales approach to the professional installation we have been very happy with our decision. They replaced pumps and restarted a well that had not been used in 10 years. They replaced all the plumbing and fixtures in a home that was last updated in the 50's. I called Absolute Comfort to install a back-up sump pump. Luckily I called when I did because our main pump had failed. Chris was great and got a new pump and back-up installed right away. Absolute Comfort was easy to work with and we got an appt. quickly. They fixed our problem on the spot and went back to their shop to get some parts to make sure our problem was taken care of that day. They were very professional and we'll use them again.

They submitted their bid on the same day. After receiving three bids and doing my homework, it became clear that quality installation, knowledge and service would be the deciding factors. It was also clear that Absolute Comfort was the company for the job. Installation was done in a timely and neat manner. They took sufficient time to do the job right, paying attention to detail. I was a little concerned about how the new refrigerant line would look, but they did a great job in masking the lines by making the cover look very much like a downspout. They offered to install the ceiling fan, which definitely exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.
