The overall project was excellent. Absolute Comfort promptly came to my home to not only inspect my home so that they could make recommendations, but also to listen to my concerns. They submitted their bid on the same day. After receiving three bids and doing my homework, it became clear that quality installation, knowledge and service would be the deciding factors. It was also clear that Absolute Comfort was the company for the job. Installation was done in a timely and neat manner. They took sufficient time to do the job right, paying attention to detail. I was a little concerned about how the new refrigerant line would look, but they did a great job in masking the lines by making the cover look very much like a downspout. They offered to install the ceiling fan, which definitely exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good heating/cooling contractor. - See project photos here
